Why we built this
In 2024, we watched a manufacturing procurement team spend three days comparing six vendor quotes across five different Excel templates, only to miss a BIS certification gap that cost them a disputed contract.
The problem was not lack of expertise. It was the sheer volume of unstructured data — PDFs, handwritten scans, mismatched column headers — that made systematic comparison practically impossible at scale.
DocIQ was built to solve exactly this: extract everything, map it consistently, flag every deviation, and let the team focus on the decision — not the data entry.
What we do
We build AI infrastructure for procurement decisions — vendor comparison matrices, RFP bid/no-bid analysis, and ESG supply chain qualification.
DocIQ is developed by NeoFlow IT Services, a technology company focused on AI-powered business process automation for Indian and Middle East enterprise customers.
Our platform is self-hosted on Indian infrastructure, DPDP-compliant, and designed for teams that need defensible, audit-ready outputs.
How we build
Accuracy over speed
An incorrect vendor comparison is worse than no comparison. Every extracted value carries a confidence score. Low-confidence items are flagged — not silently passed through.
Human-in-the-loop by design
AI assists; humans decide. DocIQ never auto-awards a contract, auto-disqualifies a vendor, or makes a bid decision. Every output is reviewable, correctable, and auditable.
Built for India first
BIS, IS, GeM, CPWD, ONGC, BRSR — Indian procurement has its own standards and formats. DocIQ understands them natively, not as an afterthought.
Data stays with you
Your vendor quotes and tender strategies are commercially sensitive. Self-hosted infrastructure means your data stays on Indian servers under your control.
